ABORLAN, PALAWAN
Balay Dayon is a modern beachfront retreat that blends tropical charm with contemporary elegance. Set along Palawan’s turquoise coast and limestone cliffs, its white stucco façade, wood accents, and expansive glass walls frame stunning ocean views and invite natural light throughout.
Inside, calm meets craft. Warm wood, stone finishes, and fluted details shape a refined yet relaxed space. The open layout flows seamlessly from the airy lounge to restful bedrooms, with each corner echoing the rhythm of the sea.
Outdoors, a sleek infinity pool, jacuzzi, and lush gardens immerse you in nature. Designed for sustainable island living, Balay Dayon features a solar PV system, rainwater harvesting, cross ventilation, and wide roof overhangs to keep the space naturally cool and bright.
“Balay Dayon,” meaning welcome home in Visayan, is more than a residence—it’s a quiet invitation to slow down, reconnect, and live intentionally.
