The building features a striking white, minimalist facade that establishes it as a distinctive anchor tenant space. The design utilizes a clear glass wall and an open, recessed ground floor to maximize visibility for retail tenants and customers. The succeeding floors incorporate covered balconies with glass railings, breaking up the massing. A geometric screen is incorporated, providing visual interest and a subtle play on shadow and light, contributing to a clean, contemporary commercial aesthetic built for high foot traffic and space exposure.
