A comprehensive renovation project involving the adaptive reuse of an existing residential structure into a modern restaurant and the reconfiguration of an adjacent commissary to accommodate a new operational layout envisioned by the chef. The project included architectural improvements, upgraded interior finishes, waterproofing, and the installation of frameless tempered glass openings to achieve a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Building services were comprehensively modernized through the installation of a new electrical service entrance, service conductors, panelboards, concealed wiring, dedicated power distribution, commercial lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation with fresh air supply, kitchen exhaust systems, plumbing, and sanitary facilities. Commercial kitchen counters, heavy-duty equipment, structural supports, and fire protection systems were seamlessly integrated to create efficient, code-compliant food preparation and dining spaces while maintaining a refined architectural finish and optimized operational workflow.
